Do I need to be home for setup?
We recommend it so we can confirm placement with you, but if you can’t be there, we’ll coordinate ahead of time and make sure everything is set up properly.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
As long as we’ve discussed the setup area beforehand and have clear access, we can usually complete delivery and setup without any issues.
Can I rent equipment without renting an inflatable?

No. Pricing is clear and upfront. Delivery within our service area is included, and anything outside that is explained before you book—no surprises.
